摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oleaginous confectionery containing a water-containing core, which is producible without adding a new procedure to a preparation process and free from deterioration of taste and palatability. <P>SOLUTION: The whole faces of the oleaginous confectionery are covered with a crust of an oleaginous confectionery dough.
