PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially useful alkyl urea- or alkyl carbamate-based, that is, non-silicone-based release agent, which has no environment problem, is free from a gelatification and thickening at normal temperature or less, and has an excellent solution stability, coating properties, and handling ability.SOLUTION: The release agent comprises a compound obtained by reacting polyethyleneimine or a vinyl alcohol-based polymer with monoisocyanate in an equivalent ratio of 0.6-0.95/1.0 of an isocyanate group/active hydrogen, further reacting it with diisocyanate in an equivalent ratio of 2.0/1.0 of the isocyanate group/the remaining active hydrogen, and furthermore reacting it with dialkylamine in an equivalent ratio of 1.0/1.0 of the remaining isocyanate group/active hydrogen. |
