An embodiment of the present invention relates to a shopping service providing apparatus which provides frequently modified user interface without an additional process of downloading data, a method thereof, and a computer program thereof for being executed in a computer. The shopping service providing method of which a main page is frequently modified of an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a data storage step for receiving and storing user interface integrated toolkit data from a service server; a modified signal reception step for receiving user interface modified signals from the service server; and a user interface modification step for modifying user interfaces provided for a user based on information included in the user interface modified signals.
