The present invention relates to a method for producing a nanoparticle obtained from a rice-derived callus which is capable of producing resveratrol, and to a resveratrol-biosynthetic callus nanoparticle produced by the method. In addition, the present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating skin pigmentation, a food composition for preventing or improving skin pigmentation, a quasi-drug composition for preventing or improving skin pigmentation, and skin-whitening cosmetic composition, wherein all compositions contain the resveratrol-biosynthetic callus nanoparticle. The resveratrol-biosynthetic callus nanoparticle provided in the present invention has excellent permeability into an epidermal tissue, and exhibits improved skin-whitening effects. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be widely applied for developing various products capable of repairing pigmented skin. |
