The present invention relates to: a composition for vibration damping for reducing vibrations or noises from various structures, for example, vessels, aircrafts, land vehicles, offshore plants, land plants, electric machines, engines, pumps, or compressors; a vibration damping material using the same; and a manufacturing method of such vibration damping material. More particularly, the composition of the present invention comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, graphene, graphene oxide, and reduced graphene oxide; and a vibration damping material which is formed on at least one side of a vibrating body and comprises a viscoelastic layer including the composition. The vibration damping material of the present invention can effectively reduce vibrations and noises in a wide range of frequencies while being environment-friendly and highly efficient.
