A dispenser body 10 has a rear wall 12, side walls 14, 16, a front wall 18, a base wall 20 and an open top 22, one or more roll of bags (26, figure 1c) in the dispenser and an aperture 24 in the front wall of the dispenser body sized to allow bags on the roll to be dispensed through it but not to allow the roll to be pulled from the dispenser body. The dispenser body is dimensioned so as to fit slidably into a pre-existing bag dispenser installation 28 in a retail outlet, and to be retained snugly by the installation so as to allow bags on the roll to be dispensed. The rear wall and/or the side walls may have one or more resilient fingers (32, fig. 8) to grip the dispenser to the dispenser installation. |
