<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an obstacle put on an evacuation route. <P>SOLUTION: A disaster-prevention facility is provided in a building and comprises a fire sensor which detects a fire, a fire receiver which receives a fire signal from the fire sensor, and a fire-fighting door which is closed in accordance with a control signal from the fire receiver. In the disaster-prevention facility, an obstacle detector which detects the presence of an obstacle to disturb the closing operation of the fire-fighting door is provided in a signal line to which the fire sensor is connected. When the obstacle detector detects an obstacle on an evacuation route, an obstacle warning is issued by the fire receiver. The obstacle detector is comprised of a monitoring camera and an image processor. The image processor stores therein an image at a normal time in the state where there is no obstacle in front of the fire-fighting door, as a background image and differentially processes a latest image which is captured periodically, and the background image, thereby detecting the obstacle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
