The purpose of the present invention is to ensure high-quality water stop performance for a wire harness having a resin-molded watertight connector by controlling variations in the external dimensions of connectors. The connector is formed from a first synthetic resin which is insert-molded using as an insert part an intermediate portion of a terminal fitting, for a terminal-equipped wire, between a wire connecting portion and a contact portion thereof. A water stop portion is formed from a second synthetic resin which is insert-molded using as an insert part at least a portion of the terminal-equipped wire extending from the wire connecting portion to the insulation coating of the wire. The second synthetic resin is softer than the first synthetic resin. |
