<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound with which an open end voltage is increased when used for an organic layer included in a photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: A polymer compound includes a constitutional unit represented by formula (I) and a constitutional unit represented by formula (II).
