摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion where the dispersed state of UDD having a particle diameter of nanometer-order is not changed with time and the aggregation of particles hardly occurs even if external shocks such as a situation of high speed stirring happen. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersion includes fine particles with a diamond structure, a bisphenol sulfonic acid polymer and a medium. In the dispersion in claim 1, the medium is an organic solvent or water. In the dispersion, the fine particles with the diamond structure have a median diameter of 4-100 nm when measured by a particle size distribution meter in which laser beam diffraction and scattering are taken a measuring principle.
