<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke device which displays a guide melody and lyrics while making them to correspond to each other without making lyrics data and guide melody data correspond to each other when musical piece data are generated. <P>SOLUTION: When a performance indication for a musical piece is input to the karaoke device, a CPU 11 specifies a corresponding musical sound among respective musical sound included in the guide melody for each character of the lyrics included in the lyrics data. The CPU 11 reads a cluster of lyrics out of the lyrics data and also reads a guide melody part corresponding to the lyrics out of the guide melody during a performance to display the read lyrics and guide melody on a monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
