<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing element, a mixing device, a mixing method, an agitation blade, an agitation device, and an agitation method which can mix a large amount of fluid while ensuring a high mixing effect in a small space and which facilitate washing work. <P>SOLUTION: The mixing element 1A includes a laminate 2 formed by laminating a plurality of lamination elements 21, a first plate 3 and a second plate 4 arranged opposite to each other across the laminate 2, wherein the lamination element 21 has a plurality of first through-holes 22 and the second plate 4 has at least one opening 41 communicating with at least one of the first through-holes 22 of the lamination element 21.
