<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a microneedle sheet for suppressing variation of the amount of a drug contained in the tips of microneedles. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the microneedle sheet includes a stamper preparatory step for preparing a sheet shaped stamper having a plurality of conical concave parts extending in tapering off from a surface of sheet shaped base material toward the reverse surface and a through-hole penetrating from bottoms of each of the concave parts to the reverse surface, a suction step for sucking it from the through-hole of the reverse surface of base material, a first filling step for filling first needle material from the surface of the stamper into each of the concave parts, and a second filling step for filling second needle material into each of the concave parts, in which the first needle material is filled up, wherein the suction step is executed while at least the second filling step is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
