The system (10) has a hook (80) movable to two positions, and a control device (100) for ensuring reaching of a defined end position of the hook and/or for monitoring the locking system. The hook is engaged in an actuating lever (70) such that the hook locks the locking system in one of the positions. The hook is released from the actuating lever such that the hook unlocks the locking system in the other position. An eccentric unit i.e. cam disk, moves the hook to the positions, and the control device monitors the eccentric unit.
