<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently evaluate an expression level of a specific biological material in a tissue slice to be an object with high accuracy by expressing the specific biological material in the tissue slice as dot-shaped fluorescence that does not depend on the cell morphology thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The tissue evaluation method relating to the invention includes a process for staining a tissue slice by using a stain reagent obtained by combining a spherical particle including a fluorescent material with a biological material recognition site, a stain process for radiating excitation light to the tissue slice to make the tissue slice perform self-fluorescence and make the spherical particle generate dot-shaped fluorescence, an image formation process for forming magnified images of the self-fluorescence and/or the dot-shaped fluorescence, and an evaluation process for detecting the dot-shaped fluorescence in the image that is magnifiedly formed to evaluate an expression level of the biological material corresponding to the biological material recognition site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
