PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric winding device which effectively maintains product qualities such as the densities and the thicknesses of a fabric in the early stage and the later stage of winding of the fabric.SOLUTION: A fabric winding device for a circular knitting machine includes: a frame 10; a transmission rod component 20 installed in the frame; and a rotary fabric take-in mechanism 30. The frame includes two side boxes 11 and a drive mechanism 12 installed in each side box. The drive mechanism causes the transmission rod component to work in an interlocked manner and guides the movement of a fabric. The rotary fabric take-in mechanism includes: two rotary arms 31 pivotally provided on the respective side boxes; and a fabric winding rod 32 which is rotated while being interlocked with the transmission rod component and winds the fabric. The rotary arms each include: a rotary end 311 pivotally connected to the bottom surface of the side box; and a receiving end 312 pivotally provided on the fabric winding rod and located at a position higher than the rotary end. The fabric wound on the fabric winding rod locks the transmission rod component. As the volume of the fabric on the fabric winding rod increases, the rotary arms each turn upward from the bottom surface with the rotary end as a shaft center, thereby performing adjustment. |
