An armrest, in particular for an office chair or the like, includes an armrest support and an armrest column which is height adjustable on the armrest support. Those types of armrests are known in multiple realizations from the prior art. In order to provide an armrest which is constructed in a particularly simple manner, it is proposed that the armrest column have an actuating element, which is connected to it in an integral manner, for altering the height position of the armrest column. |
