The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a metal clad laminate to increase the productivity of the metal clad laminate, and to suppress the traces of a substrate on the surface of the metal clad laminate. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing a metal clad laminate (8) in both sides of an intervening sheet (2) by successively conveying a long length intervening sheet (2), a long length first metal foil (3) or a long length first core material (31), a long length prepreg (6), and a long length second core material (7) or a long length second core material (31), and by stacking and hot pressing the first metal foil (3), the prepreg (6), and the second core material (7), etc. in both sides of the intervening sheet (2) in order. In the intervening sheet (2), a superficial part (1) located in at least both surfaces is a metallic material. The prepreg (6) is semi-cured and formed by dipping a resin composition (5) into a long length basic material (4). The first core material (31) and the second core material (32) are formed by installing a conductor pattern (33) for an inner layer circuit in one side of an insulating layer (31), and stacking a metal film (34) in the other side. |
