The present invention relates to an air conditioning system having an integrated heat pump and a method for operating the same, and to an integrated heat pump type air conditioning system capable of temperature and humidity maintenance and ventilation for a space which requires air conditioning. By integrating outdoor units (a compressor and a condensation heat exchanger) and indoor units (a supply unit and an evaporation heat exchanger) which are normally configured separately, the present invention reduces an installation space (construction space) so as to increase space utilization and shortens the length of a refrigerant pipe so as to increase cooling and heating efficiency. Moreover, the present invention is configured to maximize reduction of energy during cooling and heating since the work done of the compressor can be significantly reduced by passing heat that is discharged and disposed from the inside to the outside of the air conditioning system as much as the introduced amount of fresh outdoor air through the condensation heat exchanger and the ambient environment of a freezing unit so as to lower condensation temperature and pressure.
