PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device of an elevator landing door which can prevent an operator from falling into a hoistway and enables relatively easy unlocking operation of an elevator lading door when the landing door is unlocked from the landing door side at the time of maintenance inspection or the like.SOLUTION: A switch box 3 having a first projection 1 and a second projection 2 is provided on the landing side, and a first engaging piece 10 having a first hook 11 and a second engaging piece 20 having a second hook 21 are provided on the landing door side. When a landing door is opened from the landing side at the time of maintenance inspection or the like, an unlocking key 5 inserted into an unlocking hole of the landing door is turned to turn the first engaging piece 10, thereby releasing the engagement of the first hook 11 with the first projection 1 to open the landing door by a predetermined distance, and subsequently the unlocking key 5 is turned in the opposite direction to turn the second engaging piece 20, thereby releasing the engagement of the second hook 21 with the second projection 2 to fully open the landing door. |
