PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement mark system that can prevent each measurement mark positioned so as to be detected by a camera incorporated in a machine from colliding against components to be moved when the machine is operated.SOLUTION: A measurement mark system comprises both at least one measurement mark 1 appropriately attached to a machine and a scan unit 3 for detecting the measurement mark 1, and is appropriately arranged to the machine so that the scan unit 3 can move to the measurement mark 1 with a machine head. Imaging optical systems 6 and 10 are allocated to the measurement mark 1. These imaging optical systems form an image of the measurement mark 1 on an imaging plane A separated from the measurement mark 1 and generate a virtual measurement mark 2, and the scan unit 3 optically scans the virtual measurement mark 2. |
