PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a rotating drum by decreasing part number of items of the rotating drum.SOLUTION: A coating device comprises a rotating drum that particulate matter to process is contained inside and drives and rotates around its axis. A peripheral wall part 1a is composed of plural partitions 9 arranged to a circumferential direction. Each partition 9 is formed by plastic deformation of a piece of metal plate. Each partition 9 has a body section 9a provided with plural through-holes and flexion part 9b bending from circumferential direction both ends of the body section 9a to an external circumference side. The flexion part 9b of each partition 9 is bound with the flexion part 9b of neighboring partition 9. |
