PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture structure of an electric wire holding member which stabilizes the holding state of an electric wire held by the holding member and prevents a load from being applied to the electric wire when a fixture member is fixed to the vehicle side.SOLUTION: A fixture structure 1 of an electric wire holding member includes: an electric wire 3 arranged in a vehicle; a holding member 5 holding the electric wire 3; and a fixture member 7 provided at the holding member 5 and fixed to a vehicle. In the fixture structure 1 of the electric wire holding member, the holding member 5 includes: a grommet 9 to which the electric wire 3 is inserted closely contacting therewith; and a protector 11 covering an outer periphery of the grommet 9 in a compressive manner. An engagement part 13, which may change an arrangement position of the fixture member 7 relative to the protector 11 and hold the fixture member 7 at a desired arrangement position relative to the protector 11, is provided between the protector 11 and the fixture member 7. |
