<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VIP (vacuum heat insulation panel) whose strength is high when a structure is constituted, and to provide a refrigerator using the VIP. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulation panel is equipped with a core member, a reinforcing member, and a package member for achieving the purpose. The reinforcing member extends from arbitrary one end of the core member to the other end facing this.
