PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design of an appearance and to provide a sufficient storage space on necessity inside a building even in a unit type building with a deck roof.SOLUTION: In a unit type building with a deck roof 5 which is constructed by a deck roof unit 60 to be arranged at an upper part of a building body H to be constructed by building units U to be arranged in single or a plurality in a vertical direction, the deck roof unit 60 has: a shelter panel 63 which is loaded on an upper surface of the building units U located on an upper side of the building body H; a plurality of bundles 64... which are erected on the upper surface; a roof panel 69 which is provided at upper ends of the bundles; and an outer peripheral wall 3b which is provided outside the plurality of bundles 64..., and is constituted by raising dimensions in a height direction in comparison with a normal deck roof unit 50 consisting of specified dimensions. |
