<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a spout which keeps the spout unbendable and has superior openability. <P>SOLUTION: The bag 100 with a spout is heat-sealed in the outer periphery of a body A with side seals 10 and 10', a bottom seal 20, and an upper seal 30, and disposed with a spout B communicating with the body A and having both sides and a front end heat-sealed, arranged between the side seals 10 and 10' and the upper seal 30.
