A visiting customer management method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting signals of a terminal from an AP installed at a specific region; recognizing the terminal as a moving terminal or a visiting customer′s terminal by extracting a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) from the collected signals and then comparing the RSSI with preset critical conditions of signal strength; and counting the terminal as a visiting terminal when the recognized visiting customer′s terminal satisfies preset stay time conditions. |
