The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device having a high aperture ratio and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes: a substrate where an emitting region and a non-emitting region are defined; a thin film transistor which is formed on the non-emitting region; a first auxiliary capacitive electrode which is formed in the emitting region on a first insulation film covering the thin film transistor; a second insulation film which is formed to cover the first auxiliary capacitive electrode, and exposes a part of the thin film transistor; an organic protection film which is formed on the second insulation film, and exposes a part of the thin film transistor and the second insulation film on the emission region; and an anode electrode which is formed on the organic protection film and the second insulation film, and contacts the thin film transistor. In the emission region, an auxiliary capacitor is formed by overlapping the anode electrode and the first auxiliary capacitive electrode by intervening the second insulation film in the emission region. The organic light emitting diode display device can secure sufficient auxiliary capacitance without reducing an aperture ratio. |
