The present invention is to provide a novel ±-substituted glycinamide derivative, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a pharmaceutical use thereof. The present invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (I), which has TRPM8 inhibitory effects:
[wherein A 1 represents a C 6-10 aryl and the like, A 2 represents a C 6-10 aryl and the like, X represents CH and the like, Y represents -CR 1 R 2 - and the like, R 1 and R 2 independently represent a hydrogen atom and the like, R 3 and R 4 independently represent a halogen atom and the like, n is 1 or 2], or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
