The present invention provides a damping sheet having further improved damping properties at a temperature of 80°C or higher in a frequency of 3 kHz or more, a method for damping a vibrating member, and a use method thereof. The damping sheet includes a resin layer and a restraint layer, the resin layer has a glass transition temperature of 20°C or lower, and a product (D·X) of a thickness (D) (mm) of the resin layer and a basis weight (X) (g/m 2 ) of the restraint layer is 250 mm·g/m 2 or more. The basis weight (X) of the restraint layer is preferably 200 g/m 2 or more, and the thickness (D) of the resin layer is preferably 0.1 mm or more. |
