A vehicle loading restraint fixing point 10 comprises first 20 and second 30 connectors arranged such that they are connectable together by lateral movement of one connector relative to the other (fig 4). The connectors are arranged such that in a first relative radial position (fig 5) the two connectors are prevented from being separated in an axial direction and in a second radial position (fig 6) the two connectors are prevented from being separated in a lateral and axial direction. The first connector 20 preferably has a first wall 40 in an arc, leaving an opening 42 which includes a second wall portion 60, which during the lateral movement (fig 4) cooperates with gap 130. The connectors are preferably used to restrain a wheelchair in a vehicle, and may include a strap (220, fig 8) that can be retracted onto a reel (210, fig 8). |
