<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can achieve high sensitivity and high S/N ratio under low illuminance environment and can suppress deterioration of resolution. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an intra-main face pattern detecting section 650 which detects an intra-face pixel addition pattern PN3 with the highest correlation with a target pixel from a plurality of intra-face pixel patterns extracted from a target image; and an intra-auxiliary face pattern detecting section 1650 which detects intra-auxiliary face pixel addition patterns SUB3a and SUB3b with the highest correlation with the target pixel from a plurality of intra-auxiliary face pixel patterns positioned at the periphery of the intra-face pixel addition pattern PN3 in a reference image. Whenever the target pixel is selected, the pixel of the intra-face pixel addition pattern and the pixel of the intra-auxiliary face pixel addition pattern are added and a correction pixel is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
