PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current auxiliary member capable of reducing electric resistance, flowing a large current by improving heat dissipation, and improving processability and solderability, and a printed circuit board having the same.SOLUTION: A current auxiliary member 1 has four or more of terminals 2, a conductive connection part 3, and a heat dissipation part 4. Four or more of terminals 2 are used for connecting to a conductive part 11. The conductive connection part 3 is arranged so as to face to a surface of a printed circuit board 10, and electrically connects four or more of terminals 2 with each other. The heat dissipation part 4 extends from the conductive connection part 3 to an opposite side of the printed circuit board. The conductive connection part 3 contains a plurality of recess parts 5 having dimensions being larger than widths of each of four or more of terminals 2. |
