<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster countermeasure system capable of securing safety of disaster victims by effectively utilizing a system consisting of a plurality of incinerator facilities and their network for disaster countermeasure. <P>SOLUTION: A disaster countermeasure system comprises: a plurality of incinerator facilities 2; and a monitoring center 1 communicable with the incinerator facilities 2. The monitoring center 1 comprises: a receiving part for receiving a tsunami detection signal S1 from disaster detection means, for example a GPS tsunami meter 6; a determination part for determining a scale of a tsunami T on the basis of the signal received by the receiving part; and a transmission part for transmitting a rescue signal S2 to the incinerator facilities 2 on the basis of the scale of the tsunami T determined by the determination part. The rescue signal S2 comprises information of the scale of the tsunami T and location of a disaster area V. The incinerator facilities 2 comprise: a tsunami corresponding device for receiving the rescue signal S2 and transmitting a tsunami notification signal S3 to the disaster area V; and an evacuation facility available by the disaster victims taking refuge from the disaster area V. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
