PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating piece and a vibrating device capable of improving shock resistance.SOLUTION: A vibrating piece 2 comprises: a base 27; two vibrating arms 28 and 29 provided side by side in an X-axis direction orthogonal to a Y-axis direction while extending in the Y-axis direction from the base 27; and blocking parts (end parts of arms 24 and 25) which are arranged with space for the respective vibrating arms 28 and 29 and come into contact with at least one vibrating arm of the two vibrating arms 28 and 29 when the respective vibrating arms 28 and 29 are bent and deformed in the X-axis direction so as to block further bending deformation. Buffer portions 241 and 251 having shock absorbability are provided at parts of the blocking parts with which at least the vibrating arms 28 and 29 come into contact. |
