The present invention relates to a catheter for preventing damage to the tricuspid valve caused by a rope for loop which forms a loop in the heart during mitral cerclage coronary sinus surgery. More specifically, the present invention relates to a catheter for preventing damage to the tricuspid valve, tissues around the same, and particularly, tissues around a safe zone, which is caused by the rope for a loop when a user desires to replace a guide wire with a coronary artery protection piece integrated-type rope by inserting the rope for a loop having a guide wire joined to the artery protection piece integrated-type rope integrated with an arch-type coronary artery protection piece, extracting a guide wire portion out of the body, and inserting a coronary artery protection piece integrated-type rope portion into the heart during the mitral cerclage coronary sinus surgery. The catheter for protecting tissues of the tricuspid valve includes a lumen to allow the rope for a loop to be inserted therein, a balloon formed on an upper portion thereof, and a bent unit bent at a certain degree. |
