SUBMERGED MEMBRANE FILTRATION SYSTEM COMBINED WITH SUCTION TYPE SLUDGE COLLECTOR

The present invention relates to a submerged membrane filtration/purification system combined with a suction type sludge collector. The submerged membrane filtration/purification system, which is to enhance operation efficiency of the process when the membrane filtration/purification process is applied, comprises: a blend basin (10); a condensation basin (20); and a membrane filtration basin (40). A suction type sludge discharging unit (50′) is installed on the bottom of lower part of the membrane filtration basin (40), and can enhance operation efficiency of the membrane process through efficient treatment of highly concentrated sludge generated from the membrane process. Therefore, the submerged membrane filtration/purification system of the present invention can reduce the size of a discharged water treatment facility and can enhance efficiency of the membrane process and precipitation process through efficient treatment of sludge generated from a settling basin of pre-treatment membrane process. The system of the present invention can automatically discharge sludge from membrane filtration/purification system under certain conditions and thus can maintain uniform quality of water inside the membrane filtration basin, thereby reducing time delay in filtration and time consumed for backwashing and washing with air.
