PC PANEL FOR TUNNEL SIDEWALK AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A TUNNEL SIDEWALK USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a PC panel for a tunnel sidewalk and a tunnel sidewalk construction method using the same. More specifically, the PC panel for a tunnel sidewalk comprises: a plate unit which is used as a sidewalk; a leg unit which supports the plate unit for both lower parts of a tunnel and is formed to protrude toward the lower part of the plate unit in order to form a predetermined drainage space between the lower part of the tunnel and the plate unit; and a guide combining unit whose one side has a shape corresponding to the curved surface of the lower part of the tunnel in order to guide the installation of the leg unit. Thereby the present invention is able to not only improve workability in the small space of a TBM electric power section but also reduce material cost or construction cost and shorten a construction period since the thickness of a cross section is minimized without necessity of separately installing broken stones and a perforated drainpipe in the lower part of a sidewalk and separately arranging the placement of floor concrete and a drainage canal on the sidewalk. The present invention is also able to remarkably shorten a construction period and increase work efficiency as an in-site concrete process can be omitted not only by an installation work of a segment of the TBM electric power section but also by an installation work of the PC panel for a tunnel sidewalk when installing the TBM electric power section and the sidewalk of the TBM electric power section.
