PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device, a wireless communication system, a wireless communication method and a program.SOLUTION: A wireless communication device comprises: a communication unit for transmitting a reference signal; a first multiplication unit for multiplying first transmission weight determined on the basis of reception of the reference signal by a communication partner; and a second multiplication unit for multiplying second transmission weight determined on the basis of reception of the reference signal by the communication partner. After the first transmission weight is determined, the communication unit transmits a weighted reference signal acquired by multiplication of the reference signal and the first transmission weight. |
