<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to analyze and combine bottoms of a spectrum by using computer resources less than those conventional. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding one bottom or each of plural bottoms of a spectrum subjected to signal processing, a pulse row that is to form a spectrum similar to the spectrum at a frequency adjacent to the bottom and that consists of two pulses is calculated. The logarithm of the spectrum of the pulse row is subtracted from the logarithm value of the spectrum subjected to signal processing, and the true value of the subtraction result is output as data representing a bottom-compensated spectrum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
