The present invention relates to an optical mask including a thermal acid generator and a manufacturing method of the same and, more specifically, to an optical mask comprising: a photothermal conversion layer converting thermal energy into heat energy; and an insulation pattern layer arranged on the photothermal conversion layer to comprise the thermal acid generator which generates acid using the heat energy, and a manufacturing method of the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a optical mask to reduce production costs by forming a bank layer on the photothermal conversion layer.
