The present invention relates to a hybrid gene delivery of bacteriophage and adeno-associated virus, and to a polynucleotide encoding the same. The present invention further relates to a method for producing the hybrid gene delivery. In addition, the present invention relates to a diagnostic composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing the hybrid gene delivery. According to the present invention, the hybrid virus gene delivery can induce expression of functional peptide capable of targeting a capsid of the phage. In addition, the hybrid virus gene delivery carries out a target cell delivery mediated by the expressed functional peptide rather than delivery between virus and a host, so that unexpected immune response can be avoided. Further, genetic information can be efficiently expressed instead of random insertion, after transfection of virus into the host by adding the genetic information of adeno-associated virus into the virus. Thus, the hybrid virus gene delivery can be applied as a effective and efficient gene delivery. |
