The present invention provides a digital analog converting unit and a data driving unit using the same. The digital analog converting unit comprises: a first decoder controlled by an upper (N-1) bit from a first digital signal to output one of 2^(N-1) reference gamma voltages as a first selection voltage; and a second decoder controlled by an N bit first digital signal to output another one of the 2^(N-1)+1 reference gamma voltages as a second selection voltage. According to the second decoder, in N-2 XOR groups in which reference gamma voltages having Dx (x is a natural number which is greater than 0 and lower than N-2) and D(x+1) which are XOR are grouped from a first digital signal, each of the XOR groups comprises tree-structure switches controlled by upper bits which are greater than D(x+1) and XOR-structure switches controlled by Dx and D(x+1).
