A mixer drum apparatus to stir material to be stored includes a freely-rotatable drum having an opening end opened at one end to receive the material to be stored therein, a plurality of spirally-shaped blades provided inside the drum to have a phase difference, and an inlet seal provided at the opening end of the drum and connected partially to the blades.
