<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrotalcite composition absorbing halogen and acidic substances in a resin by containing manganese or iron and sulfide base reducing agent, enhancing flame retardancy by the metal elements bonding with carbon atoms in the resin or drawing out hydrogen atoms in the resin to generate noncombustible carbon called char by combustion heat, and further preventing the coloring by the iron or the manganese. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrotalcite composition contains hydrotalcite, metal elements comprising the iron and/or the manganese and the sulfide base reducing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
