<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aerosol type two-part hair dye having good foaming performance and good application property even to hair with a hair dressing agent, and thereby, capable of uniformly dying hair. <P>SOLUTION: The two-part hair dye comprises a first agent containing an alkali agent, a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide, and a non-aerosol foamer container for ejecting a mixture liquid of the first agent and the second agent in a foamed state. The mixture liquid contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) a nonionic surfactant and (B) a cationic surfactant. In the component (A), 90 mass% or more of the component comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyoxyalkylene alkylether, alkylalkanol amide and polyoxyethylene alkylamine.
