PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational method of a plant in which the calorific power is high and the price is cheap, a mixed fuel that is suitable for gasification in a jet flow bed gasification furnace can be used; a production method of the mixed fuel; and a plant that can use the mixed fuel.SOLUTION: Provided is an operational method of a plant that includes: a jet flow bed gasification furnace in which a mixed fuel in which a biomass and a sludge disposal object are mixed is gasified to produce a gasification gas; and an internal combustion engine that uses the gasification gas as a fuel to obtain motive energy. In the operational method, basic properties of a mixed fuel are obtained from basic properties of the biomass and the sludge disposal object, and a mixing ratio thereof, a melting point Tof an ash content of the mixed fuel is obtained from the basic properties of the mixed fuel by a thermodynamic equilibrium calculation, an inner temperature Tof the jet flow bed gasification furnace is obtained for respective oxygen ratios of the jet flow bed gasification furnace by a burning calculation, a calorific power of the gasification gas is calculated, the furnace inner temperature Tbecomes at least the melting point T, and that the calorific power satisfies a condition that can operate the internal combustion engine is determined, the mixed fuel in which the mix ratio satisfies the condition is supplied to the jet flow bed gasification furnace, and the mixed fuel is gasified in the jet flow bed gasification furnace by the oxygen ratio. |
