According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing a video stream which provides the video stream including image stream data different from each other by each of a plurality of layers. The method comprises the followings steps: receiving, from a transmitter, a maximum transmittable layer level determined based on a first network status; receiving, from a first reception terminal, a first maximum receivable layer level determined based on a second A network status; receiving, from a second reception terminal, a second maximum receivable layer level determined based on a second B network status; and relaying the image stream by using the maximum transmittable layer level, the first maximum receivable layer level, and the second maximum receivable layer level. |
