Disclosed are a block copolymer containing an organic-inorganic silicon structure, which comprises a first domain including an ion conductive polymer, a second domain including a non-conductive polymer and an organic-inorganic silicon structure block, an electrolyte comprising the same, and a lithium battery comprising the electrolyte. In the block copolymer, the organic-inorganic silicon structure is introduced to a side chain connected to the main chain of the non-conductive polymer. The block copolymer of the present invention secures high ion conductivity and lithium ion mobility at room temperature and has excellent mechanical properties. The lithium battery provided in the present invention improves electrochemical stability and lifespan characteristics by comprising the electrolyte.
