The present invention provides a financial strategy system for reducing tax payments and a providing method thereof. A financial strategy system for reducing tax payments may comprise: a DB, in which information regarding multiple financial assets that correspond to a investor is stored; a financial income determining module, which determines taxable financial income that corresponds to each of the multiple financial assets during a predetermined first period based on information regarding the multiple financial assets; and a controlling module, which generates a first strategy information for determining acquisition time of the financial income of selected financial asset, based on each types of at least one selected financial asset among the financial assets and determined financial income that corresponds to each of the multiple financial assets during the first period.
